Can I use my Internet Card at ATM/ Point of Sale?
A: No. The Internet Card can only be used for internet based transactions.
Q. What will be the limit on my Internet Card?
A: You will have a limit of 15% of your Primary Credit Card limit on the Internet Card. The limit will not be blocked and will be available on the Primary Credit Card if you do not use the limit on the Internet Card.
Q. How can I increase the limit of my Internet Card?
A: You can call the call center to increase / decrease the limit of the card.
Q. What will be the membership fee for the Internet Card?
A: There will be no membership fee for the first year. However, the fee will be AED 50 per annum from the second year.
Q. How many Internet Cards can a Primary Credit Cardholder hold? Can my Supplementary Credit Cardholder get an Internet Card?
A: Each Primary Credit Cardholder can hold one Internet Card. You may request for an Internet Card for each of your Supplementary Cardholders.
Q. Will I get a separate bill for my Internet Card?
A: Internet Card transactions will be reflected on your main Credit Card statement.
Q. Will I get Reward points for my internet transactions?
A: Yes. You will get 1 First Reward point for every dirham spent.
